Turnkey Packages?
Our pre-fabricated floor truss and wall panel packages are fully complete and come with all components necessary to assemble the frame of your building, oversite included.
These consist of personalized design plans, premium-quality framing lumber, layout footings, concrete hold downs, anchor bolts, and your personal project team.
Not only do we deliver quality building materials, we deliver the team to help you oversee raising your structure quickly and efficiently*.
From the very first project design meeting to the delivery of panels and reading of the wall panel map, we are there to ensure your success from start to finish.
You’ll save time and money by utilizing the knowledge and expertise of our skilled team of professionals.
*Our pre-engineered floor truss and wall panel packages come with pre-fabricated framing lumber for your exterior walls, roof, and floor components. Our building kits do not include installation or general contracting services.

Panel packages are designed off of your plans, digitally measured, cut, and assembled by our state of the art equipment, and labeled, helping to eliminate human job site error.
Throughout our process, our project manager will work with your suppliers, subcontractors, general manager, and concrete subcontractor- freeing up the time of your general manager.
We handle all of the background legwork including material procurement, coordination of shipping logistics to project site, consultation of install, as well as training you to read your wall panel map.
